CUCAIONE DISTINCT AND TERRITORIAL

Vermentino di Gallura in its most authentic and faithful expression to the territory. Cucaione fully embodies the characteristics of this grape variety, vinified in purity from grapes selected in the vineyard and expresses the typical Gallura character in which minerality is combined with the aromas of the Mediterranean scrub.

VERMENTINO DI GALLURA

A dry, white and single-variety wine produced from Vermentino grapes, cultivated in eluvial soils of granite rocks. The only DOCG (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin) in Sardinia: a source of Gallura pride all over the world.

Company history

Since 1965, a passion for viticulture led Piero Mancini to develop more than 100 hectares of vineyards located in various areas of Gallura. These vineyards produce several grape varieties, ranging from Moscato to Cannonau, from Cabernet Sauvignon to Merlot, with Vermentino di Gallura DOCG (the only DOCG designation in Sardinia) playing the leading role.
